About Me
For as long as I can remember, the only thing I really knew about myself was that I wanted to write. As I got a little older and people began asking me the dreaded, “So, what do you want to do with your life?”, the only answer that stayed constant was the fact that writing stories had to be a part of it somewhere.
Now, as a fourth year Professional Writing major, my goal is to tell stories that matter. More than anything else, my hope is that my work will make my readers reflect, if only for a moment, on their lives and the world around them.
Design is also a major focus of mine. I love experimenting with how I can use visuals and graphics to not only support what I'm writing, but to help tell the story itself. My current body of published works is a combination of creative non-fiction essays, and short stories, each designed with this goal in mind.
